At EquiReUse, we carefully assess each item that comes in to determine its condition and relevance. Based on this assessment, we determine the price of the item.

We strive to offer our customers fairly priced products, while ensuring that your interests as a seller are taken into account. We appreciate your participation and would be grateful if you would inform us of any specific pricing requests . You can do this on the submission form with the delivery of your item to us, or by contacting us via email.

Please note that the price you set yourself must include commission and VAT, i.e. the price paid to the customer.

We would like to inform you that we may adjust the price of items that you have not priced yourself. We do this to adapt them to market prices and any promotions. The purpose is to optimize sales and give your items maximum exposure to increase the chance of them being sold.

In addition, we reserve the right to reduce the price of goods that have not been sold within a reasonable time, or to be part of one of our promotions. This is done to stimulate sales and give customers an incentive to purchase the goods at a favorable price.

We always strive to strike a balance between offering competitive prices and maximizing your sales. We want your items to have the best possible chance of being sold. If you have any questions or concerns regarding price adjustments, please feel free to contact us.

Your contract lasts for 3 months from the time your goods are registered on the website and are available for sale. During this time, we actively work to market and sell your goods both in our e-commerce and through various social media channels.

We will notify you when the goods are removed from the webshop to be donated to charity or for collection by you. As a seller, it is important that you are aware that you are responsible for collecting any unsold goods within 2 weeks. We value efficient handling of the goods and to avoid unnecessary storage and waste of resources, it is necessary that they are collected on time.

Unless otherwise agreed, unsold goods will be donated to charity. This also applies to goods that have been sorted out because, in our opinion, they do not meet the requirements for sale in our webshop. Please indicate on the submission form whether you want to donate the goods to charity or not. Where it is not stated, we assume that it will be donated.
