Our sources of inspiration and photo models

Our sources of inspiration are and have been the fabulous Estonian pony Arrac, the lovable Connemara pony Goldie (Beezies All Gold) with the big personality, the beautiful chestnut gelding Cadilack and last but not least our little charming pug Edith.

These sources of inspiration act as photo models that you can often see here on the website and in the shop.💞

When my youngest daughter Julia had been riding for a few years at a riding school, and longed for a pony to take care of as her own, we found the fabulously white pony Arrac with his thick and long mane and tail. Julia started by being his co-rider. He turned 24 the year we took him over on complete feed. A pony that laid the foundation and self-confidence for our future horse life!

Our first pony, Goldie, came to us in the spring of 2016, who turned seven shortly after. A beautiful Connemara with great personality and integrity, a true "one-man horse".

Beezies All Gold was born in Ireland at the Beezies Stud. Breeder Julia Hession sent us photos of him as a foal and also of his mother, grandmother, grandmother's mother, etc. 💖

He was brought into a sales stable in Södertälje where we found him by chance and fell head over heels for his presence and curious gaze.

He became part of our family and taught both me and my daughter so much and also my husband, who was never interested in horses!🥰

That same year, the pug Edith came into our lives! She came with my daughter Jennifer from Luleå, where Jennifer lived and studied. She was three years old when she first came to us in Västerås. Since then, she has accompanied Jennifer to various study locations, alternating with living with us in Västerås. A truly charming and lively girl who will soon be eleven years old and is taking it a little easier today.🥰🤗

Edith loved being in the stable and learned to eat carrots when she saw Goldie get it! 🥕 🥕 🥕
Goldie was so careful with Edith and shared her carrots and anything that ended up outside the feed bucket!
Edith went on horseback rides and tried to get Goldie to think it was more fun to play with her than to chew on that grass - without success.😉

We found the beautiful and slender chestnut gelding Cadilack (SWB) in Skåne in the middle of the worst pandemic spring of 2020.

We were supposed to buy an older teacher this time, but immediately fell for the handsome fox who was so confident in himself - but only seven years old and green too! 😍😆

He considers himself a self-proclaimed king regardless of the flock, even though he is a "little shrimp" compared to many of his friends!👑😎

Cadilack loves to play with his friends in the yard, but he probably loves everything edible the most! 🥕🍏🍎🍌🫓 ☘️🌱🌾🍀

Because we had such a hard time parting with Goldie, we had both a pony and a horse for a year. 🐎🐎

In the summer of 2021 we sold Goldie to a fantastic family and rider, who care for him and love him just like we did! He still has a big place in our hearts and we get to visit him and follow his life and get updates on how he is doing! 💞

In the fall of 2021, Arrac was allowed to gallop away on the ever-green meadows as his osteoarthritis made even retirement life too difficult. He was 30 years old at the time and had lived with his new owner for a few years. 💙🩵🤍💚💛🧡🤎🩷💜❤️
